Sometimes, it’s not about what you can offer to the other individual. In the chase of love, whatever formula we have doesn’t always suit the proper problem. A person can give the woman all the seafood in the world, but it wouldn’t mean a thing if that woman was allergic to it. People are like puzzle pieces, except it is much more complex than a simple thousand missing ones, because this involves the dynamics of interaction and the earth. It’s been proven that love can be found anywhere in the world, and this is made possible because of technology, but who are we to doubt and question love and it’s authenticity based upon face to face meetings and intimacy? I suppose we’ll come across many who seems to fit into our likings, and emotions will become involved. Some won’t be reciprocated, while others will combine the two individuals in a unison that seems out of this world. But what is the worth of finding that one person without first having to go through a hundred candidates? For many, it won’t take that many people and for the certain few, the heartbreaks never seem to end. Regardless of whether it takes dozens or just one, the struggle is the same and the pain is something we’ve all been familiar with at some point or another.

My point is, we will come across puzzle pieces that fit, but the location of A and B are on two different corners of the bigger picture. It would be fine if we wanted to play with the basics of compatibility, but when searching for the final depiction of all that we ever sought after, what will eventually prevail?

I am a walking example of inadequacy, because I know I will never be able to meet and satisfy everyone, but somewhere along the lines, I met the woman who accepts my every flaw, no matter how trivial or frustrating. Everything seems perfect, but who knows how long this relationship will last? That’s the thing about anything. We never know. I didn’t fall in love with what she can offer me, I fell for all that she is and continues to strive to become. In the end, it’s not about whether or not you’re good enough. Who you are and who that person is simply didn’t work together, regardless of how flawless it seemed. And we would have never been aware of what works if we didn’t go through the series of trial and error. It’s all about the process.

This is mostly based on my observations. What do I know?
